Abel Fence LLC is now hiring installers.  Installation crew members need to be able to work at Pennsylvania Public (and private) School site, so the hiring restrictions for those sites applies to our openings. Specific requirements:

1.  Good driving record for all licensed drivers - no DUI or DWI within the last three years, including any fines or probation.

2.  Free from any misdemeanor convictions for anything remotely connected to drugs, alcohol, violence in any way, etc., again including fines or probation from it for the past five years.  

3.  Free from any felony conviction of any kind, including all costs, probation or parole for the last ten years.  

​4.  Absolutely no priors in anyway that are crimes against children.  There is no time limit on this requirement.  

Note, these are the Commonwealth's rules, no ours, but we need to follow them to work on these sites and we regularly have work at many schools, so having a large enough crew to meet our demand is extremely important.  Currently this is our primary need for installers.  We require you to be in good general health, willing to submit to random drug testing and be able to lift 70 lbs regularly, experience is not required.

Pay is competitive, after your probation period, you will be eligible for matching IRA funds, and enrollment in our medical insurance program if you wish to participate.  Many sites require prevailing wages, which we pay all in direct cash, no fringe deductions.
